Birra con gradazione alcolica del 7,0% è una specialità corposa che è valsa al birrificio una medaglia di bronzo ai World Beer Awards nel 2019.
Il Bock si presenta nel bicchiere in un magnifico rosso rame ed è decorato con una maestosa corona di schiuma profumata leggermente colorata. Dalla schiuma cremosa a pori fini sale al naso un allettante pot-pourri di aromi che invita a prendere il primo sorso con note di malto forte, pane appena sfornato, noci tostate e miele speziato. Ciò rivela un corpo potente con una carbonatazione delicata e una cornucopia di intense sfumature aromatiche. Il malto morbido accarezza il palato con aromi di caramello delicatamente sciolto, grano tostato, pane cotto nel forno a pietra e lievito speziato. Il luppolo entra in gioco mentre bevi e completa il gioco degli aromi con armoniose note erbacee e una sottile amarezza che completa meravigliosamente la dolcezza del malto.
