Aperitivo altoatesino caratterizzato dall’inconfondibile profumo dello sciroppo ottenuto dall’infusione in acqua fredda dei fiori dell’arbusto del sambuco.
I fiori di sambuco si raccolgono in zone montane incontaminate della Val di Sole da aprile a luglio, a seconda dell’altitudine.
Anche le uve non ricevono trattamenti, essendo state coltivate con pratiche sostenibili e da agricoltori rispettosi dell’ambiente.
I fusti alla spina sono di materiale riciclabile e proteggono il cocktail dall’aria garantendo freschezza, gusto e qualità.
INGREDIENTI (bevanda aromatizzata a basse vino)
Vino bianco biologico (80%), sciroppo di fiori di sambuco spontaneo
(20%), anidride carbonica. Contiene solfiti.
